Account Manager

Position: Account Manager
Plance of work: Sękocin Stary (near Warsaw)


Responsibilities:
The employee will be the main point of contact for existing customers from local branch of the company.
  • Responsibility for quality, cost, on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, the P&L of the customer programs, KPI
  • End-to-end responsibility for customer programs
  • Building and maintaining good relations with customers
  • Responsibility for the functioning of the process, including improvement and optimization;
  • Responsibility for defining customer requirements within the organization
  • Coordination of operational activities: implementation of new businesses, processes, products or other changes
  • Responsible for reporting, meetings, business review and teleconferences with customers;
  • Negotiations with customers
  • Continuous improvement of process flows, including involvement of operations

Standard Qualifications:
  • Experience in After Sales services and After Sales Account Management
  • Bachelor degree or master degree in business, technology or related field
  • Demonstrated ability to encourage teamwork and collaboration through effectively managing change
  • Problem solving and escalation management; in a complex environment
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving-skills; able to push things forward, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
  • Fluent English is a must

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in project management - PMP or Prince2 Certifications;
  • Technical understanding of production processes
  • Experience in Mobile business
